Client Success Manager

After bringing in record revenue another year running and growing our client base across entertainment, sport, lifestyle, gaming and FMCG categories, we’re recruiting for a newly-created opportunity which brings together our Direct Display and Programmatic Client Solutions team and our Ad Ops team.

As Client Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients in an effort to drive client value from booked campaigns and will fully own the reporting process from start to finish. As such, we’re looking for someone with client success, campaign/digital management experience gained within an agency or similar publisher environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Be the key point of contact for clients and develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders within the Client Solutions team
  • Drive client value from booked campaigns and help to generate additional revenue streams with a proactive approach
  • You are the ‘go to’ person for client’s questions and will have excellent relationships with Creative, Programmatic and Ad Ops teams to guide the client through the sales process
  • Together with the Ad Ops Manager, drive best practice across Client Solutions, Partnerships and the Ad Ops teams to ensure benchmarks are met/exceeded helping to reduce client churn and increase retention
  • You will attend client meetings to ensure campaign and client KPI’s are met from briefing to execution
  • Produce PCA reports, together with insights from the DIP (Data Intelligence & Planning) team. Develop a weekly sales update to include what is pending, issues and any revenue upweight opportunities based on good performance
  • Assist in the troubleshooting, investigation and resolution of technical issues in conjunction with Ad Ops
  • The daily point of contact for the Ad Ops team to assist on client questions

What do you need to have done before?

  • Experience working in a client success, campaign/digital management role or equivalent
  • Previous experience using Google Ads Manager (GAM), IAS/DoubleVerfiy/Moat and DMP platforms such as Permutive
  • Strong client facing communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within client teams
  • Excellent internal communication and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Be aware of key industry trends within online advertising and the wider media landscape
  • Mentor and support junior members of the wider Ad Ops team
