Paid Media Lead

This role sits within the Client Solutions business unit at LADbible Group, reporting into the Head of Performance and Planning.
What will you be doing?
- Lead all aspects of paid media at LADbible Group, covering:
- Content Marketing
- Immersive Marketing (AR)
- B2B
- B2C
- Affiliates & e-commerce
- Editorial & content
- Plan and execute as such to improve our performance & growth potential within each of these areas, across all paid media platforms
- Ensure LADbible Group’s approach is evolving in sophistication over time while maintaining best-in-class delivery outcomes at scale
- Build credible working relationships with clients and agencies
- Educate internal teams on value of Paid Media and evolution of Paid Media capabilities regularly
- Manage the development and progression of our growing Paid Media team & products
- Be commercially minded with an understanding of how Paid Media fits into wider commercial goals
- Proactively explore new platforms & develop plans to scale usage in line with client needs / opportunity for sustainable LADbible Group Growth
What do you need to have done before?
- Have 5+ years in Paid Media planning and buying, with media agency background and hands-on activation experience preferred
- Be highly proficient in data analysis and presentation
- Have a track record of delivering effective, progressive Social strategies for clients
- Shown an ability to explain and obtain buy-in for sophisticated strategies, e.g. driving & measuring performance outcomes, leveraging or working with client mandated ad-tech and emerging tech
- Been exposed to and created effectiveness strategies for clients
- Have experience managing people and developing a department
- Excelled in cross team communication
