Influencer Talent Manager
The world’s largest social publisher, LADbible Group, is launching an influencer and content amplification network. ‘LADcreator’ will connect existing and new clients from LADbible Group’s owned and operated channels and platforms with on-brief, brand-safe niche and scaled communities across the wider social media industry. As a result, we’re looking for a Influencer Talent Manager with a proven track record of managing social creators to become an integral part of building and managing our new Community of Creators.
This opportunity includes:
1. Becoming the creator-facing Community Manager of the LADcreator Network.
2. Building powerful relationships with macro and micro influencers and content creators across multiple verticals - with an objective of driving high engagement with our audiences whilst delivering successful business results for our clients.
3. Shaping a premium network of creators for one of the world’s leading social youth publishers.
We’re looking for someone immersed in youth culture and emerging trends that understands what makes Gen Z and millennial audiences laugh, think and act in social media and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Creator Research and Identification
Utilise existing relationships and carry out new talent research to help build a network of best-in-class creators: both for long-term partnerships and one-off campaigns.
Be an expert in negotiating and signing creator deals and brand partnerships.
Work with existing LADbible Talent Teams on creator growth and mutually beneficial opportunities.
Have your finger on the pulse and be the first to understand key social & creator trends.
Recognise emerging talent and understand how to commercialise this.
Campaign Delivery
Participate in pitch brainstorms and translate brief objectives into campaign ideas that will feel organic and resonate with creators and their communities.
Manage day-to-day creator campaign partnerships & campaigns.
Utilise tech platforms and online tools to aid creator identification and campaign management.
Collaborate with wider teams - spanning client solutions, project management, editorial, activation and finance - to ensure the creator end-to-end process is seamlessly integrated with broader campaigns
Collate performance data and take active part in measuring and reporting back on talent’s performance in line with pre-agreed KPIs.
Network Development
Work closely with the LADcreator team on building out our Network Proposition and USP’s.
Strategically advise the business on creator needs and shifts in the space.
Build out talent lists with key information about each to include in pitches, media plans and to guide internal selection process of the most suitable creators that align with LADbible’s mission.
Ensure creators follow industry codes of conduct, including but not limited to ASA and ISBA.
Who we are looking for:
An entrepreneurial mindset, someone who thrives best on using their own initiative and can not only spot an opportunity but can maximise it to its fullest potential.
Someone immersed in the influencer marketing space with key contacts across multiple verticals and experience growing communities and talent:
Knowledge of talent and meme pages and how to effectively identify the most relevant creators across sports, gaming, tech, health, finance, food, travel, culture – mainstream and niche.
Experience across mainstream and emerging platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter, Twitch and Roblox amongst others.
A social native that is creator-obsessed, thrives on spotting emerging talent and trends in this space
A marketeer, blending creative and strategic thinking from ideation through to delivery.
Proven track record of building and maintaining creator relationships – a creators advocate that has their best interests at heart but who understands wider strategies and how best to commercialise opportunities.
Track record of managing multiple projects with fast-turnaround timelines and conflicting priorities. Calm under pressure and discreet to ensure creator and brand confidentiality is respected at all times.
Understand how to structure and price up creator fees in line with deliverables, market rates and mutually beneficial opportunities that LADbible Group brings to creators.
