Paid Social Account Director
Sitting within the Client Solutions department and reporting into the Head of Performance and Planning, the Paid Social Lead will be responsible for managing all paid social activity within the business, with the ambition to grow our capabilities across all aspects of paid media. We’re looking for a paid social expert with team management experience who is collaborative, commercially-minded and a great relationship builder.
What will you be doing?
- Fully own the paid social offering at LADbible across all departments
- Manage the development and progression of our growing paid social team and products
- Plan and execute strategies to improve our performance & growth potential across all key biddable platforms
- Ensure our approach is ever-evolving whilst maintaining best-in-class delivery outcomes at scale
- Build credible working relationships with clients and agencies
- Educate internal teams on the value of paid social / biddable and the evolution of our paid media capabilities
- Be commercially minded with an understanding of how paid media fits into wider commercial goals
- Proactively explore new platforms and develop plans to scale usage in line with client needs
What you’ll need to have done before
- Have excellent experience in paid social planning and buying gained within a media agency or client-side role
- Have a track record of delivering effective, progressive social strategies for clients at scale
- Show an ability to explain and obtain buy-in for sophisticated / complex strategies to clients
- Team management experience
- Excellent relationship-builder; able to have an impact across teams & stakeholders
- Be highly proficient in problem-solving, data analysis, storytelling and presenting
- Excel in your understanding of Biddable platform features & ad-tech
