Research Panel Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced research project manager who wants to take the next step and take ownership of our research community by leading and owning its management, recruitment and engagement.
Members of our panel sign up to respond to surveys and participate in studies - and in return they get rewards, exclusive content and be part of our specific LADbible community. In this role, you are the face of our community – you’ll engage with them daily, create content for them to read (on the hub and newsletters) and arrange incentives for them each month. You will be responsible for scheduling and sampling all research projects that the panel needs to be used for, and on top of that, you need to be very proactive and organised - you will be the “glue” that connects the dots across internal departments like marketing, paid social, client solutions and creative teams.
What will you be doing?
The Research Panel Project Manager is responsible for project managing all elements of community, so from the planning, the retention and recruitment of the community, so will need to:
· Work with a third-party tech provider to run the community, and ensure best practise in doing so
· Work on a recruitment plan for growing the panel, both in size and quality of experience
· Keep the community engaged by posting on the hub, replying to comments, and managing all incentives/prize draws
· Work with marketing and design on our monthly prize draws, social media campaigns and recruitment activity
· Ensuring all comms to community is clear and in the right tone of voice
· Work with internal teams at LADbible Group to get the correct content, recruitment messaging and comms to all community members
· Work with Research and Insight team to schedule activities, with the right sample, for the community and ensure all projects are delivered on time
· Report on the health of the panel, analysing feedback and responses to maintain quality and experience
· Proactively think of ideas and ways to improve the experience for our community
· Share back learnings with stakeholders and ensure feedback from our community is heard
What you’ll need to have done before
· Experience with managing a highly engaged, large community group of any kind (ideally in the youth space)
· Lead on projects and have experience with managing many stakeholders to ensure timelines are met
· Project management experience
· Experience with managing research panels desired but not mandatory (or communities which have been used in any way for research/data purposes)
· Lead relationships with third party suppliers
Must haves?
· Clear project management experience with multiple strands and stakeholders, comms and project management is a key part of this job
· Experience with managing and engaging a community group
