The Department
Due to the continued growth of LADbible Group we are recruiting for a Senior Campaign Executive to join our talented Ad Ops & Programmatic team. This opportunity calls for someone who will set up digital advertising campaigns in an ad operations capacity, as well as ensure that clients requirements and KPI’s are met.
We’re looking for someone with experience uploading, tracking, monitoring, reporting, optimising and analysing digital campaigns. You must have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise your time effectively.
What the opportunity looks like
- Full campaign management from start to finish of large budget campaigns, trafficking and monitoring within Google Ads Manager (Direct IO and PG)
- Liaising with clients and external agencies directly on their campaigns and supporting the Client Solutions (sales) team in developing their display and data responses to briefs
- High level of campaign management including the following:
- Troubleshooting and suggesting areas of improvement/optimisations to ensure campaigns are hitting client KPI’s and advertising benchmarks
- Ensure campaigns are fully delivered to achieve quarterly revenue targets
- Compose campaign reports, highlighting successes/standout performance and suggestions to encourage client retention
- Brand safety monitoring
- Working with internal and external teams to assist with creative troubleshooting, production and design, to create high quality and impactful creatives
- Building and maintaining relationships with key teams within LADbible Group to drive key projects and strategic innovations
- Have an inquisitive mind, looking at ways that LADbible delivers clients requirements and is always pushing the bar to ensure we give the best possible experience
Skills and experience we’d like you to have
- Experience working in an ad operations, campaign/digital management role or equivalent
- Previous experience using Google Ads Manager (GAM), Brand safety such as IAS/DV/Moat (or similar vendor), Permutive (or other DMP)
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to work as a part of team, to share ideas and drive the team forward
- Demonstrate strong communication skills within your own team and with other departments
- Able to read, understand and troubleshoot JavaScript and HTML
