The Role
Due to the continued growth at LADbible Group we are recruiting a Programmatic Executive to join our talented Programmatic team. This opportunity calls for someone who is comfortable with various SSP platforms, and preferably already familiar with a managed prebid wrapper product.
The Programmatic team is part of the commercial operations department and supports LADbible’s ad stack across digital display and video, Ad servers and Heading bidding set up. You will report into the Head of Programmatic, and liaise with the Pricing and Yield, Ad operations and Programmatic Sales teams.
What the opportunity looks like
Provide technical support across SSP/demand partners and troubleshoot programmatic ad integrations
- Setting up new bidders in ad stack
- Optimising bidders and demand partners
- Ownership of ads.txt consent management platforms
Working with SSPs to help generate open auction revenue
- Lead on comms with SSP and demand partners
- Setting up QBRs and recurring meetings
- Liaising with SSP partners to ensure integrations are set up optimally
- Responding to SSP queries and change requests
Ownership of Open Marketplace reporting
- Support Programmatic Lead and Senior Programmatic Yield Analyst with forecasting and planning
Skills and experience we'd like you to have
At least 1-2 years’ experience working for a premium online Publisher or SSP (Supply Side Partner), agency or tech vendor
Highly analytical. Proficiency with handling large data sets and high level of excel proficiency
Experience working with GAM (Google Ad Manager – Ad server) or other ad servers
Good understanding of the programmatic landscape
A collaborative, team player with a willingness to learn and support fellow members of the team.
Highly organised individual with the ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently
Strong passion for LADbible Group brands
