Join LADbible Group's Commercial Finance team in a newly created role, owning the Group's rolling forecast model. You'll report into the Head of Commercial Finance and work closely with the Director of Commercial Finance and the CFO. Your work will turn large, complex data sets into insights that drive the Group's financial performance.

About the role

As Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you'll take ownership of forecasting for the Group and work with senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning the Group's rolling forecast model

• Working with divisional Finance Business Partners to keep forecast assumptions accurate and up to date, providing challenge where needed

• Producing weekly and monthly variance analysis against forecast, with clear explanations of the key drivers

• Building and stress-testing revenue and cost scenarios to support decision-making

• Tracking and interpreting commercial KPIs by division and brand, and translating trends into financial impact

• Working with HR to quantify cost impacts across the employee lifecycle

• Improving planning, budgeting and forecasting processes using automation and AI

What we're looking for

You'll have strong financial modelling skills and the mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment. You're analytical, commercially minded and detail-focused, but you can also step back and see the big picture. Above all, you enjoy working with numbers and turning them into a clear story.

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)

• Experience in an FP&A or Commercial Finance role, and/or advisory experience such as Transaction Services or Management Consulting

• Exceptional Excel and financial modelling skills

• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker; SQL is a plus

• A confident communicator who can summarise information clearly for senior stakeholders

• Proactive and forward-thinking, with a drive to improve how things are done

• Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
