About the Role
Are you an entrepreneurial leader with commercial acumen, strategic insight, and a passion for digital and social media? We’re looking for a commercially astute professional to lead one of our agency/client hubs. You’ll drive revenue growth, manage a significant portion of our departmental revenue, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver award-winning, market-leading campaigns.
You’ll manage 3-5 direct reports and work closely with Business Directors to ensure we retain and grow our largest long-term clients, delivering fresh, creative thinking that keeps us ahead of the curve. Autonomy, leadership, and the ability to manage your own P&L are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth across the hub, ensuring forecasted revenue is exceeded.
- Client Proposals: Develop integrated, full-funnel proposals that align with client and agency briefs, leveraging expertise in Brand and DR activity.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Production, Data, Social, Web, and Marketing) to deliver compelling pitches.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture senior-level client relationships, securing long-term partnerships.
- Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships across the business in Manchester, London, and beyond.
- P&L Management: Oversee the hub’s P&L, appraising and forecasting performance regularly.
- Team Leadership: Build and inspire a team of talented, high-performing individuals.
- Product Innovation: Ensure successful rollout of new products and capabilities to clients.
- Representation: Represent the organization at key industry and client-facing events.
About You
- Deep knowledge of the digital and social media landscape, with a strong background in commercial strategy.
- Proven track record of revenue growth and selling six-figure multi-platform branded content solutions.
- Strong storytelling and planning abilities to create industry-leading pitches.
- Established senior contacts across agencies, including trading, planning, strategy, and partnerships.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines with ease.
- Strong understanding of digital display, programmatic advertising, and branded content.
