At LBG, we believe our differences make us stronger. We’re proud to bring together people with a wide mix of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds, and we know that when everyone feels included, we do our best work.
Representation matters – we’re committed to building teams that reflect the diversity of the audiences and communities we serve.
Belonging at work – inclusion isn’t just about being present; it’s about feeling heard, respected, and valued. We want every colleague to know they can be themselves here.
Listening and learning – we create space for open conversations, employee-led groups, and mentoring so that voices across the business help shape our culture.
Making progress together – we set goals, track our progress, and hold ourselves accountable so diversity and inclusion remain central to how we grow.
Our commitment to inclusion also extends beyond our business...In 2024, we launched the “End Spiking, Now” campaign with Stamp Out Spiking, helping drive awareness and legal change on drink spiking, and partnered with The King’s Trust as their first official social partner to celebrate young people overcoming barriers. These are just two examples of how we use our platform to champion underrepresented voices and drive positive change.
For us, diversity and inclusion aren’t just initiatives, they’re part of who we are and how we work every day.
