About the Role 🚀
Due to the continued growth at LADbible Group we are recruiting a Senior Programmatic Executive to join our talented Programmatic team. This opportunity calls for someone who is comfortable with various SSP platforms, and preferably already familiar with a managed Prebid wrapper product.
The Programmatic team is part of the Commercial Operations department and supports LADbible Group’s ad stack across digital display and video, Ad servers and Heading bidding set up. You will report into the Head of Commercial Operations, and liaise with the Yield, Ad Operations, Sales and Dev teams,
What the opportunity looks like 👀
You will be responsible for the set-up and management of new programmatic demand partners and integrations (header-bidding, video player bidding and tag based partners)
Configuring ad set-up for website launches e.g. new ad units, ad placement logic
Conduct regular health checks and daily optimisations for our website display and video monetisation, highlighting any potential obstructions
Building strong relationships with demand partners, testing new solutions and suggest areas to strengthen our partnerships through regular meetings and QBRs.
Stakeholder internal projects, working collaboratively with teams across the organisation including Editorial, Data and Dev to drive key performance metrics
Ownership of consent management platform set-up
Contributing on team projects, such as site launches, new tech implementation and migrations, ensuring objectives are clear and strategies are delivered on time
Identifying new growth opportunities, through ad tech solutions, content areas and market trends
Skills and experience we'd like you to have 📝
Previous experience working in a Programmatic role, either for a publisher / media owner
Proficient working with Google Ad Manager or other ad servers
Previous experience using programmatic technology, such as managed Prebid wrappers, Amazon TAM, video players, DMP and CMP platforms.
Previous experience collaborating with SSPs and building strong relationships with them
Highly analytical with strong Excel skills and an ability to identify data trend to optimise performance
Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work proactively to drive projects forward and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Highly organised individual with the ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks concurrently
Strong passion for LADbible Group brands
