Head of Instagram & TikTok
LADbible Group is looking for a visionary Head of Instagram & TikTok to lead our strategy across two of the most influential platforms in the world. You’ll shape the creative direction of our social presence, drive audience growth, and keep us at the centre of online culture.
Reporting to the Director of Social, you’ll work closely with editorial, creative, video, and commercial teams to deliver content that engages millions and pushes boundaries.
What You’ll Do
✨ Leadership & Strategy
- Own and execute the Instagram & TikTok strategy across all LADbible brands.
- Lead and inspire a team of editors, content creators, and creatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align content with wider brand goals.
- Partner with commercial teams to deliver innovative branded content solutions.
🎥 Content & Creative Direction
- Oversee content planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Drive innovation with new formats, trends, and creative experiments.
- Ensure best-in-class storytelling, visuals, and motion graphics.
📈 Performance & Growth
- Use data and insights to refine strategies and grow audiences.
- Monitor key metrics to boost engagement, retention, and reach.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and algorithm shifts.
🔥 Trendspotting & Culture
- Be LADbible’s in-house expert on Instagram & TikTok trends, memes, and viral moments.
- React quickly to digital culture shifts and viral opportunities.
- Build relationships with influencers, creators, and partners.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who lives and breathes social media. You should be:
- A proven expert in managing and growing large-scale Instagram & TikTok accounts (ideally in media, entertainment, or youth-focused brands).
- An inspiring leader with experience managing creative teams and nurturing talent.
- A strategic thinker who blends data-driven insights with bold creative risks.
- A trend-obsessed digital native with a deep understanding of storytelling and engagement psychology.
- Experienced with analytics, social listening tools, and content scheduling platforms.
