About the Role
LADbible Group is launching a brand-new, dedicated content team for one of the world's biggest brands, creating bold, breakthrough content for their UK social media channels. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the social output of a major brand, powered by AI and cutting-edge technology.
We’re looking for a Project Manager / Production Manager hybrid who is passionate about leading world-class, social first campaigns to be a part of this innovative team!
You’ll oversee the day-to-day planning, project management and execution of short-form video, memes, reactive content, and generative AI. You’ll be the engine behind our content machine, ensuring assets are delivered to a high standard, on time, on budget and on brief. You will need strong client-handling skills with the ability to foster transparent and trusting relationships internally and externally.
What the opportunity looks like
- Project Management - Lead complex projects from pre-production through to final delivery. Balance client, creative and business needs, keeping workflows light and timelines on track.
- Client Relationships - Expertly manage expectations and communications with confidence. Build strong, honest relationships and always staying one step ahead with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Scheduling & Resourcing - Coordinate all aspects of production from shoots, locations, talent and crew through to post-production and design schedules.
- Budget Oversight - Create and manage production budgets, negotiate freelance and vendor rates, and ensure efficient, high-quality output.
- Admin - Take responsibility for project documentation: invoices, risk assessments, usage rights, compliance, and internal reporting.
- Production Supervision - Oversee shoots (studio, location, remote), handle live problem-solving, and ensure health & safety and duty of care are always prioritised.
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with creative, strategy, design, and post teams to deliver work that’s seamless from concept to delivery.
- Compliance & Rights Management - Ensure all content adheres to platform guidelines, legal standards, brand requirements, and usage rights.
- Workflow & Optimisation - Implement streamlined processes for production tracking, approvals, and asset management.
Skills and experience we'd like you to have
- 5+ years in content production, ideally with a focus on digital or social media.
- Client management. Experience in account management/project management agency side.
- Expertise in AI generated content in social or other production fields.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and audience behavior.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead shoots and manage crews, budgets, and schedules with confidence.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of post-production workflows (familiar with Adobe Creative Suite & Veo3 and project management tools like Monday).
- Passion for content creation and internet trends.

Experience producing AI, UGC-style or influencer-led content.
Background in branded content or agency production.
