About the Role
Sitting within the Data, Intelligence and Planning team, we are looking for a Senior Panel Manager to own recruitment, retention and stakeholder management for LADnation, LADbible Group’s research community. Members sign up to respond to surveys and participate in research studies - and in return they get rewards, exclusive content and to be part of our specific LADbible community. The Senior Panel Manager will lead and own the management, engagement and health of the community.
This role goes beyond managing relationships, speaking to our community and arranging incentives - we’re looking for someone to own the community and the product and lead this journey. You will be the “glue” that connects the dots across internal departments like marketing, paid social, client solutions and production teams, you will also own the relationship with our tech provider and guide the Panel Executive through their responsibilities related to panel engagement.
What the opportunity looks like
The Senior Panel Manager is responsible for retention and recruitment of the community, so will need to:
- Working with the wider insight team to manage client projects, with the sample considerations, deadlines and panel health in-mind.
- Analyse panel health metrics and adjusting recruitment and incentive plans to accommodate the needs of the panel to ensure good response rates and data quality is maintained.
- Managing annual incentives and recruitment budgets.
- Share insights and learnings to key stakeholders as well as conducting research on their behalf, including light questionnaire writing, scripting and data collation.
- Lead on the recruitment plan for growing the panel, managing the annual budget with a key role in managing our social media recruitment campaigns. Planning and organising in-person recruitment events.
- Work with our third-party tech provider to run the community, leading fortnightly project status meetings, sharing tech updates with the wider insight team and troubleshooting issues.
- Line manage the Panel Executive, delegating weekly tasks related to panel engagement as well as learning and development objectives for their progression in the role.
- Over-see the Panel Executive’s day-to-day communication with panel members to keep the community engaged by posting on the activities on the hub, moderating comments and managing incentives/prize draws.
- Keep up to date trends in online communities and social media to ensure the information shared is relevant, topical and sensitive.
Skills and experience we'd like you to have
- Experience with managing research panels desired (or communities which have been used in any way for research/data purposes)
- Lead on projects and have experience with managing many stakeholders to ensure timelines are met
- Budget management
- Project management experience
- Lead relationships with third party suppliers
- Clear project management experience with multiple strands and stakeholders, comms and project management is a key part of this job
- Experience with managing and engaging a community group
- Line management of at least one junior in the team
