...The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Commercial Finance (Direct) to take the lead in shaping and driving the financial strategy for our UK, Ireland, Australia, and US markets. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with senior leaders, influence key decisions, and unlock opportunities for growth.
Please note, this role requires frequent travel between Manchester & London
You will:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Provide sharp, commercial insights that fuel strategy and performance.
- Partner with execs to drive profitability, efficiency, and bold new initiatives.
- Build divisional P&Ls and manage investment across our portfolio to deliver sustainable growth.
- Lead and mentor a talented finance team, inspiring a culture of development and innovation.
About you
You’re a strategic thinker with a proven track record in senior commercial finance roles within fast-paced, complex environments. You can zoom out to see the big picture but dive into detail when it counts. Analytical, commercially minded, and resilient - you love driving performance and influencing outcomes.
