About the role
We’re hiring for an Associate Strategy Director - a strategic leader with a track record of making work people care about, and a distaste for creating category noise. You will work across both LADbible Group partnerships and our new social agency proposition – helping clients put social, and cultural relevance, at the heart of brand growth.
You will report into the Director of Strategy, and be responsible for working closely with incumbent Senior Strategists, both in workflow management, and maintaining high level output.
What the opportunity looks like
Develop world-class strategy that converts high-value pitches and powers standout, effective, creative work – across partnerships and brand direct
Build strong relationships with brand direct clients, earning authority and trust that drives further commercial success
As a partner to the creative team, contribute to idea generation and play a key role in ideation sessions.
Work closely with LADbible Group’s Data, Intelligence & Planning team to make sure all creative is underpinned with robust data and insight
Support the Director of Strategy in managing team resourcing and output, setting the example for what excellence looks like.
Identify proactive client development opportunities and work with the Client Solutions team to bring these to fruition
Build strong working relationships with LADbible Group’s leadership team to encourage close collaboration with creative and project management teams
Skills and experience we’d like you to have
Someone with senior strategy experience gained at a creative or social agency, or social publisher
Experience delivering annual/multi-year strategy, and building trust and authority with clients
A strong perspective on how brands grow through cultural relevance – and how they need to move, through creative and content, in order to grow
Ability to work across and manage multiple briefs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, whilst being able to oversee the development of work within the Strategy team.
Adept at building cross-department senior relationships and collaborating to achieve shared goals
Comfortable analyzing and understanding a variety of quant and qual datasets, including briefing data teams to coordinate bespoke reports
