What do I do?

I support our Senior managers and employees across all of the Manchester based teams. This can include anything across the employee journey from when an offer of employment is made to when an employee leaves us and all the touch points in between like managing the annual review cycles and supporting an employee when they have a baby.

I work with the wider HR and Talent team as well as our managers and Heads of departments & Directors. I manage some interesting projects like the Kickstart programme & the L&D initiative LADucate.

My favourite food would be:

Starter – If there is a smoked salmon dish or chicken liver parfait on the menu I would go for one of these.

Main – Hard choice, but most likely a beef wellington or a medium fillet steak. 

Dessert – I’m not really into deserts so would probably go for a cheese board, but if there is a sticky toffee pudding that could be a possibility 😊

Drink – Sauvignon Blanc or a glass of fizz
