Role Overview
The Head of Client Projects will play a pivotal role in driving future revenue growth and client satisfaction and retention. Sitting within the Commercial Team SLT, the individual will be focussed on achieving ambitious revenue targets via strategic growth, relationship-building, and increasing client loyalty and retention.
What the opportunity looks like
- Lead and manage team of Group Account Directors who oversee client-facing teams of Account Directors, Managers and Traffic Managers to offer a first-class end-to-end client experience to all partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen client relationships and drive long-term meaningful partnerships.
- Develop and nurture relationships with C-suite executives to deepen partnerships and unlock new business opportunities.
- Create an environment and objectives that focus on client satisfaction and retention metrics to ensure needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
- Reduce the annual churn by developing multi-year deals and strategies to increase client loyalty and retention. Explore the potential to introduce an annual NPS score to track client sentiment towards LADbible Group.
- Oversee the financial performance of projects, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead the internal resource trafficking team to effectively book and allocate creative resources across projects pre and post IO.
- Identify opportunities for department growth and expansion, including new business development, as well as the launch of new products and capabilities.
- Working with senior leads across the business, evaluate and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Skills and experience we’d like you to have
- A social-first and/or digital background in a Senior Leadership position, with proven experience in project management, leading large integrated partnerships and budgets.
- Experience with commercial management, including financial budgeting and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for managing and developing high performing teams and working at speed.
- Work seamlessly with other teams within the Commercial Team department on proposals, pitches, campaign reporting and optimisations as well as other collaborative projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong legal and contracting knowledge relating to custom content and integrated media partnerships
- Passionate about youth culture and being informed of industry trends and best practices.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, addressing challenges, and driving results.
