Channel Manager - Facebook

About the Role
Reporting to the Lead Channel Manager as part of the Studios Social Video team, you will manage the video output and content strategy across one of our library of Facebook pages. The role requires someone with previous experience of running a social media brand’s content plan, ideally including across Facebook and within social video space.
What the opportunity looks like
- Managing all video content and strategy for one of our Facebook pages
- Working closely with the wider video team to ensure output and revenue targets are hit for your brand
- Collaborating with the wider video team to develop and drive ideas for our intellectual property and overall content strategy
- Building positive long-term relationships with external creators
- Regularly monitoring insights using social media analysis tools, and reviewing and reporting on effectiveness to maximise results
- Daily maintenance of social channels ensuring they remain relevant and up to date
- Always adhering to brand guidelines when posting content, ensuring all content is reflective of the iconic tone of voice of LADbible Group
- Building a positive, strong rapport with the wider teams to support their objectives through content delivery. Using initiative and creativity to bring new ideas to the team, sharing knowledge and contributing to ongoing improvements
Skills and experience we'd like you to have
- Experience running social media channels in a fast-paced, high-output, similar environment
- Knowledge of using and understanding Meta Business Suite
- An expert understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms as a user
- The ability to spot a video or story the audience will love to watch or hear about
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong copywriting skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
