Senior Creative Producer
Founded in 2012, LADbible Group is redefining entertainment and news for a social generation. Our global community engages with our content–spanning editorial, video, documentary and live – we reach 1 billion people each and every month. Our mission is to give the youth generation a voice by building communities that laugh, think and act. Using all major platforms, we’ve rapidly risen to become one of the world's largest publishers.
LADbible Group is on the hunt for a Senior Creative Producer to join our Manchester-based studio team. If you live and breathe social-first content, have a knack for turning ideas into viral hits, and can lead a team to produce engaging, high-quality videos, this role is for you.
As Senior Creative Producer, you’ll be at the forefront of our original studio productions, working with producers, video editors, production coordinators, and channel managers to bring ideas to life. You’ll be responsible for shaping episodes within established social video formats, conceptualising new formats, overseeing edits, scripting, and ensuring our content is platform-perfect. From ideation to activation, you’ll ensure every project meets our creative standards, brand guidelines, and platform suitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative execution of original video content within the studio team.
- Work on original studio formats, social-led video content, and occasional commercial projects alongside producers, videographers, studio assistants, and editors.
- Develop scripts for both online and broadcast platforms.
- Oversee and review edits, providing creative direction and constructive feedback.
- Generate new social-first content formats where applicable.
- Source evergreen and reactive news stories to create engaging content.
- Conceptualise and create compelling thumbnails for YouTube and headline images for Instagram.
- Work across both organic and commercial content projects.
What we're looking for:
- A social-first creative mindset – you know what works across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Proven experience in video production – from ideation to execution, including an understanding of cameras, sound recording, lighting, and editing.
- Trend-savvy – up-to-date with the latest digital and social media trends, emerging platforms, and best engagement practices.
- Strong storytelling skills – ability to write scripts that capture and engage audiences.
- Project leadership – experience planning shoots, coordinating with production teams, booking locations, and managing schedules.
- Health & Safety aware – familiarity with risk assessments and shoot safety regulations.
- Great communication skills – ability to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
- Adaptability & creativity – comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Team player mentality – able to work autonomously but also collaborate within a dynamic team.
- Passion for media & entertainment – a genuine enthusiasm for the social media landscape.
