About the Role 🤩
LADbible Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Manager to join our team on a 6 Month FTC.
This is a key role in our LAD Creator Network (LCN), where you’ll take the lead on talent management for one of our biggest brand partners. The rest? Jumping in on other top-tier influencer campaigns across the LADbible Group.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing, contracting, and managing creator ambassadors across various platforms, ensuring strong campaign execution and measurable ROI for our client.

What the opportunity looks like 👀
- Lead on the execution of a long-term influencer ambassador programme for one key client.
- Source, contract, brief, and manage a roster of creators across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Track performance and ROI of ambassadors against KPIs, adjusting strategy where needed to ensure optimal results.
- Work closely with internal client services, insights, and creative teams to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and timelines.
- Manage ongoing communications with creators and talent agents to ensure deliverables, tone, and timelines are consistently met.
- Identify and recommend relevant creators for campaign briefs across multiple verticals.
- Negotiate rates and contracts, ensuring compliance with LADbible Group and client expectations.
- Liaise between talent, clients, and XFN teams throughout campaign lifecycles.
- Collate campaign results and performance insights for reporting and future planning.
Skills and experience we'd like you to have 👌
- 3+ years experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or working within a talent or creative agency.
- Strong experience managing influencer campaigns with a focus on performance and ROI.
- Established network of influencer and talent contacts across key platforms.
- Solid knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and talent fee structuring.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable collaborating across internal teams including sales, creative, production, and strategy.
Bonus Skills! 💥
- Experience working with or alongside tech platforms or digital partners, particularly on monetised content across TikTok, YouTube, or Meta.
- Background in digital-first content platforms, publisher brands, or tech-led media environments.
- Familiarity with influencer campaign reporting tools, creator performance platforms, and how they plug into wider tech or data ecosystems.
