The Department
The Commercial Ops department, LADbible APAC, sits at the heart of the business and is made up of four teams: Client Projects, Planning & Activation, Research & Insights and Marketing. This team is responsible for the seamless and consistent end to end delivery of commercial partnerships running across brand owned channels as well as on LADbible Group’s editorial channels. The Project Manager’s key focus will be on our Evergreen retainer-based clients, including, but not limited to Amazon Prime Video and V Energy (AUS & NZ).
What the opportunity looks like
Project management:
- Full project management responsibility from presales briefing to reporting and everything in between
- Creation and maintenance of project timing plans, ensuring they are adhered to by all involved
- Leverage experience, knowledge and skills to complete challenging project goals and objectives by balancing client, company, and project needs
- Fully understand workflow processes for branded content campaigns but also for other digital products such as social media planning and display
- Knowledge and experience within the production workflow process (shoot management, working with production teams etc.)
- Provide clear project management skills in terms of workflow, timings and overseeing the delivery of campaign KPIs and objectives
- Natural inclination for analytics with knowledge of data software as well as the running and building of reports
- Strong understanding of social media reporting metrics across Meta, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- A sound knowledge of dashboarding and how these are constructed and maintained, prior experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Timely delivery of reports and campaign analysis
- A keen eye for data; ability to optimise and improve for benefit of optimum campaign performance
- Proficient knowledge and application of Microsoft and G Suite, specifically Excel and Google Sheets, with an ability to comfortably navigate multiple sheets across differing data sets and build relevant formulas across these to improve efficiencies
Client servicing:
- Ability to develop a strong and constructive relationship with the client based on honesty and trust
- Manage the client’s expectations regarding deliverables; pre-empt and resolve issues early
Presentation and communication:
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills, providing presentation support to your line manager or other account staff when necessary
Financial management:
- To keep timely, accurate and detailed cost trackers / create SOW’s
- To support account team on accurate invoicing of all activity
- To manage a well organised system of job numbers that appropriately handles the volume of work
Skills and experience we’d like you to have
- Be able to demonstrate essential project management skills including: client servicing, budgeting, building and overseeing timelines, problem solving, leading multiple projects at the same time, managing numerous stakeholders and being the guardian of quality control
- Have a keen interest and understanding of data and analytics within the realms of social, having experience of working with differing data software and technology systems
- Similar experience within an agency, publisher or brand-direct role with a track record of successfully delivering branded content and socially led projects
- Be able to handle client expectations and be proactive with their communication and problem solving
- Team first approach and outlook
- To be able to work both autonomously as well as part of a team
- Solution orientated operator
- The ability to perform under stress with tight deadlines
- Be an ambassador for the business at all times
- Demonstrate positivity and enthusiasm for all aspects of the role
