Media Effectiveness Lead

About the Role
We are looking for a Lead for our Effectiveness offering to supercharge our processes and story when it comes to the impact our content has for our clients; to overall increase the importance of effectiveness and to increase the effectiveness of our work. This role sits within the Insight and Effectiveness unit at LADbible Group, reporting into the Head of Department.
We are looking for someone strategic and proactive, who can seek out opportunities within the business, build relationships with clients and put in place best in class solutions to grow our business, as well as happy to get stuck into the day to day in a small team.
What the opportunity looks like
- Responsible for building out clear measurement frameworks for our campaigns, by assessing and adding to our current methodologies
- Be on pitching teams to represent our effectiveness capabilities
- Build client and agency relationships with key contacts to ensure we understand measurement challenges and are being measured correctly in wider measurement frameworks
- Ensuring we are impacting econometric models and supplying correct data for accurate measurement
- Impact feedback loops internally to ensure we are optimising content based on measurement, and input into products to increase effectiveness of all outputs
- Deliver effectiveness projects and build out a team best able to support this
- Accelerating our effectiveness story for B2B and comms, this would include being part of speaking opportunities on talking about this externally
Skills and experience we’d like you to have
- Previous experience of working in media, either at a media owner or agency, or with other media experience linked to a research agency role
- Specific experience of measuring campaigns, with full funnel measurement exposure
- Well versed in leading client relationships and finding solutions to challenges with a track record of delivering effective, progressive work for clients
- Confident running data and storytelling on own, as this will start as sole role in this part of the team, with a self-starting attitude and resourceful approach to work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing and fun environment, juggling multiple projects and workstreams
- Demonstrate a team-first mentality, always acting in the best interests of the team and have experience of working collaboratively with other specialists: excelling in team cross-team communication
