We’re looking for an organised, unflappable Junior Traffic Manager who can keep several plates spinning at once and make sure we hit our deadlines on time, every time

You'll be responsible for 👀 

• Making sure all of our channels (14 so far) meet their posting deadlines across Facebook, plus Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat

• Managing the workflow, assigning edits to the relevant Video Editors, chasing progress where necessary and flagging issues to Channel Managers as and when they arise

• Reacting to last-minute schedule changes and shifting the resource to accommodate accordingly

• Tracking editor output and other data to deliver to department heads

• Keeping the Channel Managers and Sub Editors up to date at various points throughout the day so they know what work is still to be done

Skills and experience we are looking for 👀 

• Impeccable organisational skills – you’ll be focusing on several things at once, and it’s your job to make sure nothing slips through the net

• First-class time management – you will have eyes across multiple pieces of content, all with specific deadlines, and you’ll need to be on top of it

• Great communication skills – you’ll likely be having conversations with 30, 40, sometimes 50 different people on any given day, from Video Editors and Sub Editors, to Journalists and Channel Managers

• The ability to prioritise – things change quickly in the world of viral video, and you’ll need to adapt as and when directed by the Channel Managers. You’ll also need to prioritise what comes first and what gets pushed on busier/low resource days

• Experience using Frame and Trello is preferable but not essential

• Video editing experience would be helpful but not essential

• Basic Excel/Google Sheets experience
