🎥  The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Video Editor to join our Social Video Team. You’ll be responsible for producing engaging, platform-optimised content across our social channels. From viral social clips to trending, reactive videos, you’ll help shape the content seen by millions. If you’re passionate about video editing, storytelling, and digital media, this could be the role for you! 🎞️

Key Responsibilities:

✂️ Edit high-quality, engaging video content for LADbible Group’s social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.

⚡ Work quickly and efficiently to turn around multiple edits daily, ensuring content stays fresh and relevant.

📱 Optimise videos for different platforms, ensuring correct aspect ratios, subtitles, and social best practices.

✨ What We’re Looking For:

🎬 A passion for video editing and social media content.

🏆 1+ years of experience in video editing (professional or self-initiated projects).

💻 Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (basic knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop is a plus).

👀 A keen eye for detail, storytelling, and pacing.

⏳ Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines, producing a high volume of content.

📊 Understanding of different social platforms and what works best for each.

📂 Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

📢 Willingness to learn and take direction from the Senior Management Team.

🤝 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
