Role Overview
LADbible Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Talent Manager to join our team for Q4 2024 until end of year (with potential to extend). You will play a crucial role in sourcing, managing, and coordinating talent for commercial influencer-led campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading digital media brands during a key period, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns that resonate with our audience and deliver impactful results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and recommend talent (influencers, creators, and public figures) aligned with the brand and campaign goals across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Campaign Coordination: Work closely with the LCN Talent Team and Originals to source, contract, and brief talent for Q4 campaigns, ensuring timely deliverables and adherence to campaign objectives.
- Talent Relationship Management: Foster and manage relationships with talent and their agents to ensure smooth collaboration throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Contracting & Negotiations: Handle contracts, negotiate fees, and ensure compliance with LADbible standards and client requirements.
- Creative Alignment: Work with the creative and production teams to ensure talent understands campaign tone and messaging, ensuring consistency in content creation.
- Client Liaison: Act as the bridge between talent, internal teams, and clients( where appropriate) to ensure all parties are aligned on goals, expectations, and deliverables.
- Post-Campaign Evaluation: Support post-campaign analysis by gathering talent feedback, performance metrics, and insights to improve future collaborations.
- Market Trends: Stay up-to-date on influencer trends and emerging talent to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the team.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or talent agency work, ideally within the digital media or advertising industry.
- Strong Network: Established relationships with talent and influencers, particularly across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a track record of successful talent-led campaigns.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and handle high-level talent deals.
- Campaign Management: Experience managing end-to-end talent campaigns, from ideation to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and experience working closely with creative, production, and client teams.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative vision and campaign goals to talent.
- Adaptability: Able to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience working with talent on Facebook or monetizing TikTok and YouTube content.
- Previous experience working with digital media brands or content platforms like LADbible.
